Request account deletion
If you no longer have access to the ReMed app, email our support team from the address associated with your ReMed account. Include “Delete my ReMed account” in the subject line. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

Delete directly in the app
Open ReMed, go to Settings, then choose Delete account. This deletes the active account and its associated cloud medicine data. ReMed also clears scheduled reminders and local account data on that device.
What is deleted
Account profile information, saved medicine routines, dose history, and other data stored for your ReMed account are deleted. Encrypted or access-controlled backups may retain data for up to 14 days before automatic expiry, unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons.
