Include these details

Please include the email address used for ReMed, your device model, iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send prescription numbers, medical records, or any information you do not want included in an email.

Reminder help

Check that notifications are enabled for ReMed in your device settings and that the medicine is active in the app. ReMed is a reminder tool, not a replacement for medical advice or emergency care.

Delete your account

Open ReMed Settings and choose Delete account. This removes the account and its saved data. If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email associated with your account.
